Before going into the detail of this title it is necessary to understand what actually essential oils are and what is their significance.
Here one by one we will discuss and try to understand philosophy behind the essential oils.


What are essential oil?

Essential oils are nothing but concentrated form of various plant's flowers, leaves or roots extracts as per their utility and proven applications. Mostly they are made of flower petal's extracts. As mostly people know that
plants are made of structural materials and phytochemicals. These phytochemicals are having very useful medicinal properties . In modern time people are very rapidly changing their lives and methods of treating themselves. Aromatherapy is one such newly emerging phenomena where role of essential oils becomes very important.

Lavender Oil

Try adding it to a bath or diffuser as aromatherapy, adding to water to make a room spray or body spritzer, or combining with a base oil to make body oil.
Lavender can help to combat with stress, pain and  providing good quality of sleep.

Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil as an antiseptic, antimicrobial or antifungal. We can also use it to get help from Acne problems. For that take a cotton swab and dip it into tea tree essential oil. Then, apply it directly on the acne ,It can help resolve acne problem.


Peppermint oil

Peppermint oil is known as anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antimicrobial. It has variety of applications like easing headaches ,Fighting fatigue, Lifting mood , supporting digestion etc .etc.

Eucalyptus oil

Eucalyptus is a great essential oil to have on hand during cold season. It soothes a stuffed-up nose by opening your nasal passages so you can breathe easier , its due to antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus oil.


Lemon Oil

Extracted from the peel of lemons, lemon oil can be diffused into the air or applied topically to your skin mixing it with carrier oil.
Lemon oil is known to reduce anxiety and depression ,reduce pain,
ease nausea etc.Lemon oil is considered safe for aromatherapy also.


Lemongrass oil

Lemongrass oil has a strong citrus scent and is known to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
Its antibacterial properties make it a good natural remedy to heal wounds and kill bacteria.


Orange Oil

Orange oil is usually made from the citrus family fruits ,either directly from Orange or its other sister fruits .
Orange oil is known to kill bacteria ,reduce anxiety. reduce pain while using with directly or with any carrier oil.
Rosemary Oil : Other than adding flavor to some of our recipes rosemary oil also has some additional benefits like improving brain function, promoting hair growth, reducing pain and stress, lifting your mood and reducing joint inflammation.
Rosemary oil is safe to use in aromatherapy and topically on the skin with a carrier oil.
